B&L Lund AB is a family business that has been in operation for over 40 years and is constantly striving to create innovative products and services in the acoustics industry. We offer our customers complete acoustic solutions from sound measurement to installation.
We produce sound absorbers under our brands Absoflex, Acqwool and Akustiksegel.
Today, the company has 20 employees, including 9 fitters, with headquarters outside Broddetorp by Lake Hornborga and a sales office outside Gothenburg, in Billdal.
We offer a developing and versatile position. The days are varied and soon you will be working independently on your own projects, with your colleagues at your back when new challenges arise.
Production, consultancy, measurement, calculation, design, verification, assembly and sales are what keeps us busy.
Tasks
You will be part of our team that is passionate about doing business and nurturing our customer relationships. You will work with existing customers and build relationships with new ones. You will have daily contact with architects and clients, both by phone, physical client visits, and via digital means. In point form, you will...
- conduct independent sales outreach
- actively participate and contribute to the success of the company and colleagues
- Sell, all B&L Lund AB's products: absoflex, acqwool, acoustic sails, suspended ceilings
- seek procurements of interest
- seek framework agreements of interest
- process selected customer groups
- make customer visits
- maintain the dealer network
- staffing trade fairs and promoting the company.
- quoting, order recognition, supervising fitters and carrying out any follow-up checks.
- ensure customer satisfaction in projects from initial customer contact to delivery/assembly.
The distribution of your working time within the above points is discussed on an ongoing basis based on you as a person!
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you, a committed and business-minded relationship builder for either the head office in Broddetorp or the sales office in Billdal. We believe that you already work with outreach sales where you are responsible for your sales budget, preferably you have experience with interior design in public environments. You have a strong customer focus and are passionate about long-term business relationships. You are results-oriented with a high level of personal drive and are easy to contact and set up customer meetings. You are a team player who can also work independently.

Today's world requires us to be digital, so good computer skills are a prerequisite. Mastering the Office suite and digital meetings are part of our everyday life.
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
- Previous sales experience with proven track record
