Order conditions
Prices
We reserve the right to change prices and currencies, as well as significant increases in the price of raw materials that are beyond our control. VAT is shown separately on the invoice. We reserve the right to make printing errors.
Order recognition
Sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided. The customer is responsible for checking that everything is correct, within 24 hours any errors or changes must be reported to us, after which the order takes effect.
Terms of payment
Normally delivered against 30 days net to companies and prepayment for individuals. For new customers, the usual credit check is carried out, where we reserve the right to require prepayment. Personal or company number must always be quoted when ordering. In case of a written reminder, a reminder fee of 50 SEK will be added.
Delivery time
The delivery time is communicated on a case-by-case basis and, unless otherwise specified, refers to the time of loading from the factory.
Freight and shipping costs
Shipping costs are added to all orders, this is calculated on the volume and weight of the order and the delivery location. Otherwise, time release or customs clearance of the goods is not included. Delivery is made by freight company to you. If you wish to use another mode of transport than the one mentioned above, please state the transport company and your customer number with them. Special conditions apply for export of goods. Please contact us for information.
Restorder
We reserve the right to note or cancel orders for out-of-stock items.
Transport damage
Always check the goods with the driver to ensure that the number of packages is correct and that there is no visible damage to the goods. If you notice any damage, report it immediately to the driver, who should note it on the consignment note before signing. Then contact the transport company and B&L Lund AB so that we can resolve the matter smoothly. Damaged goods must be reported to the transport company within 7 days.
Returns
The goods must be returned undamaged in the original packaging within 8 days, with a deduction of 25-30% of the invoiced value depending on the product. The customer pays the return freight. We do not redeem shipments charged with ransom or receiver freight. The right of return does not apply to made-to-measure and specially ordered goods. Returns must be made by DHL, Posten or Schenker.
Unredeemed packages/goods
If the customer does not redeem the goods they ordered, the customer will be charged for freight and handling.
Complaint
Complaints should always be reported to us by telephone. After the complaint has been accepted, you will receive return shipping documents and a return slip to be enclosed with the returned goods. You as the customer will contact the shipping company to book the pick-up of the goods. Claimed goods must be returned in unused condition.
