Reuse
Acqwool products are zero-waste products, i.e. they are delivered in fixed sizes, customized at the factory. No material is cut away/discarded during installation; any cutting is done during production and reused immediately. In addition to zero waste, our point absorbers offer a number of advantages:
Moving
Acqwool products are durable and easy to install, and are ideal for moving from one location to another. Installation instructions can be downloaded for each product here on our website.

Reconditioning
The absorbents can be vacuumed and also wiped with a slightly damp cloth.

Double-sided
Many of our absorbers are reversible. Simply remove the absorber from the brackets or profiles, turn it halfway around, and you have a completely new, fresh side! This is unique to Acqwool absorbers; we cover both sides of our absorbers.

Repainting
If both sides have become dull and cleaning them does not work, you can give them a new lease of life by repainting them! Please note that you cannot paint the absorbers any way you like. If you use the wrong paint or apply it too thickly, the absorption will be affected as the air permeability will be impaired.

Surface layer replacement
By replacing the surface layer, you get a new absorbent. The absorbents that are not reversible can have their surface layer replaced.

Rewool
We work closely with Paroc and have been a partner in their Rewool program since it began. Rewool involves dismantling stone wool and mixing it back into production, but in some cases the stone wool is reused as insulation.

Reuse
We produce new absorbents from discarded fabric, polyester waste from our production, and even worn-out absorbents that we cannot refresh.

We are members of the NPA and use several return pallet systems, including construction pallets, Parafon, and DHL and Schenker EUR pallet balances.
